The company "Otto&Leo" offers a wide range of services for the production of furniture and furniture parts.
UV printing on furniture fronts and other surfaces
UV printing on furniture fronts and other surfaces allows us to apply images to parts up to 1700 mm x 1100 mm in size. To achieve long-lasting color saturation, we use high-quality inks that retain their brightness for many years. After applying the image to the surface, we additionally coat the part with a matte hard varnish, which protects the surface from damage. The varnish we use is produced by the German company Remmers, which specializes in varnishes, paints and oils.
Services for furniture manufacturers
Our company offers a wide range of services for the production of furniture parts. We perform cutting of parts according to specified dimensions, gluing of straight edges, gluing of figured edges, production of glued parts (glued wood), pressing services (plastic), grinding and calibration.
Processing and manufacturing of furniture and furniture parts
We offer services for processing furniture parts on CNC machines, as well as services for painting parts (matte, glossy, painted), polishing, tinting, patination (aging), varnishing and grinding.
Processing of sawn timber
We offer lumber processing, including cutting to customer dimensions, planing and calibration. We also paint the lining.
